Shopping Experience

The Dealer you purchased the item from will give you a “porter form”. Bring the porter form to the Customer Service Table in the Show lobby, where an A & G Show volunteer will radio for a porter to assist getting the purchased item from the dealer booth to the loading dock. Then, as a customer, you simply drive around to the loading dock to pick up your item.

The loading dock is located at 700 Korean Veterans Boulevard which is the street that runs along the back side of the Music City Center Building. Look for the “Command Center” building entrance off of Korean Veterans Boulevard and A & G “Customer Pick Up” sign. Proceed up to the loading dock where you the porter will meet you with your purchased item.

Porters are not hired by the Show. They work on their own. Tips are appreciated.

Craters and Freighters and Westbrook Moving will be located in the Southeast corner of the Show Floor. Customers can place orders directly with them.

No. The Show is only for Exhibitors to sell to the public. Due to security reasons, independent parties may not attempt to sell, trade or appraise merchandise at the Show.

About the Building/First Aid/Wheelchairs

There are approximately 20 handicap spaces in the parking garage off of 6th avenue. The best points of entry are Levels P2 or P3. All handicap spaces are close to the entrance and are easy to find.

First Aid is located between Exhibit Hall A & B. The closest Walk-In Clinic is located at 301 Church Street, Nashville TN, 37201.

The A & G Show does not rent scooters.

The Music City Center does loan wheel chairs on a first-come, first-serve basis. Valid ID is required.  Wheelchairs are available at the Show Coat Check outside Exhibit Hall D in the lobby, at the 6th Avenue & UPS store entrance and 6th Avenue and Korean Veterans Boulevard entrance.  For handicap accessible entrance, enter at the 2nd set of doors on 6th Avenue and proceed to where the Korean Veterans Boulevard MCC Ambassador will be stationed.

Pets or animals are not permitted in the building, except as an approved exhibit, activity or preapproved presentation legitimately requiring the use of animals, or as a “medical aid” pet.

Yes, limited valet is available at the corner of 7th and Demonbreun Street. The cost is $20 and subject to change. For further information contact the Music City Center at (615) 401-1400.

Yes, tickets can be purchased at the door, but we encourage you to purchase tickets ahead of time at the discounted rate. Our lectures and parties oftentimes sell out and there is no guarantee a seat would be available if you wait to purchase tickets at the door.

Yes, you may purchase tickets at the door on Sunday.

Yes, the Music City Center has two ATMs for public use (one at the UPS counter at the corner of 6th and Demonbreun and the other at the corner of 5th and 6th Avenues outside on the Omni Hotel side of the MCC.)
